Almond Butter with whole wheat toast

INGREDIENTS
1 cup raw almonds
Himalayan pink salt, to taste
1 pc thick Whole wheat sourdough, toasted
DIRECTIONS
Spread almonds across a large pan, toast almonds on low heat for 5-7 minutes, or until fragrant, stir frequently to avoid burning. Then set aside to let cool down.
Transfer almonds to a food processor or high-speed blender. Add a bit of pink salt and blend until creamy. Be patient, as this will take a little time. If it feels like it will not become ‘butter’, keep blending and it eventually will become creamy and smooth.
Spread the almond butter on toast, drizzle with honey.
